We aim to pack and ship your order within 2 business days after it has been placed. Orders are sent via Australia Post. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order. in high volume times please allow longer.

We are no longer liable for a product once it is in the mail so please direct any delivery faults, missing orders etc to Auspost.
